Initially I thought the quote was high, but after the work, I knew I had under paid! The work that they did was HIGHLY under estimated , and they did a prestige job! They did such an impressive job, and left no mess! I will ALWAYS use you guys! Thank you sincerely!

Like many of you, I’ve struggled to find a reliable plumber. After going through several different companies, I ended up putting off a few projects because I just wasn’t confident in who to hire. Fortunately, my neighbor highly recommended Plumbing Detectives — and I’m glad I waited.
It was a pleasure dealing with the company representative from the start. The office staff was wonderful to work with and kept me informed throughout the entire process, which I truly appreciated.
Jakob, the plumber, did an outstanding job. He was on time, polite, and very professional. His workmanship was meticulous and well done, and he took the time to clean up thoroughly after completing the job.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality plumbing services.

From the very first call, the service was outstanding. Lauren got us on the schedule immediately and worked around our busy calendar with no issues. Jonathon and Alyssa were incredibly friendly, informative, and transparent throughout the visit. When they discovered roots in the drain, they brought in Tim to take a closer look and provided us with camera footage to clearly explain what was going on. They walked us through their findings with honesty, offering thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. The transparency and professionalism were truly refreshing.
